Patients should rinse their mouth with 15ml (Freshmint) or 10ml (Original & Alcohol Free) of the solution for about 30 seconds twice a day. In cases of gingivitis patients should continue for up to two weeks. Children under 10 years should use 7.5 ml of undiluted solution (Freshmint) or 5 ml undiluted solution (Original & Alcohol Free).
